Service Description
Yoga for Mental Health and Balance (Ages 7+) Yoga for Mental Health is a guided 2-hour yogic workshop, offered either as a single session or divided into two 1-hour sessions. This program is designed to support mental balance, emotional stability, and overall well-being through classical yogic practices. The workshop focuses on pranayama practices that cleanse the nadis — the subtle energy pathways through which pranic energy flows. When these pathways are clear and balanced, the system naturally moves toward psychological well-being, calmness, and mental clarity. In yogic tradition, existence is understood as a web of sound. The fundamental sounds “Aa,” “Oo,” and “Mm,” when combined as “Aum,” form a powerful and timeless mantra. Through guided sound-based practices, participants experience a deep resonance within the body and mind, activating and harmonizing different parts of the system. Regular practice helps reduce stress, anxiety, emotional disturbances, and attention-related challenges, making this workshop especially supportive for children, teens, and adults navigating modern lifestyles. Cancellation Policy
There are no cancellations or refunds. Attendance for all sessions is mandatory. If you miss a session, you must book a paid makeup session before the next scheduled class. Alternatively, if there is space available in an upcoming similar class, you can attend that session before the next scheduled class.
