Service Description

Kids Summer Yoga Camp gives children, ages 5-14,* the opportunity to incorporate yoga early into their lives. It allows children to learn ancient yogic practices in a fun and engaging way and enhance their connection to Nature and the Universe. This camp is designed to introduce children to various aspects of yoga, including purification of the system, yogic foods, and balance of the body, mind, and energy systems. Our goal is to help children blossom into their full potential. Practices include: Beginner's Yoga, a way to activate the energy system, strengthens muscles and skeletal systems, lubricates the joints, stabilizes the mind, and increases flexibility. Balancing Practices, ways to bring inner calm to the mind, body, and energy systems Thoppukarnam, a way to enhance the development of the brain and increase focus (This is a great practice for addressing any neurological issues.) Timings: 9:00am - 4:30pm each day Sattvik (Positive Pranic) Brunch , Snacks, and beverages are included each day! At the Samaroop Kids Summer Yoga Camp, children will not only experience authentic yoga practices taught in their original form, but also connect with nature and the five elements that make up the cosmos. They will enjoy a variety of hands-on educational activities, sports, games, and special balancing practices designed to nurture their overall growth and well-being A sample schedule for a day at camp: 9:00am - 10:30am: Morning Yoga Practices 10:30am - 11:00am: Nutritious Brunch 11:00am - 11:30am: Outdoor activity or Field Trip 11:30am - 12:20pm: Balancing Practices (AUM Meditation, Pranayam, Chanting) 12:20pm - 3:00pm: Snack Time & Activities 3:00pm - 4:00pm: Afternoon Yoga Practices 4:00pm - 4:30pm: Outdoor Sports/ Field trip; Snack Time Please note that this camp requires attendance for all days - make sure to plan accordingly! Timings & Session Information -Attendance for all sessions is essential. Since the practices are taught step-by-step, missing even one session will prevent you from continuing with the program. -Please arrive at least 10 minutes early, as latecomers may not be accommodated once the session begins. -To support the practices, maintain a light stomach condition (have your meal at least 1.5 hours before the session). -Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows free movement. -Bring a yoga mat to each session.

Cancellation Policy

There are no cancellations or refunds. Attendance for all sessions is mandatory. If you miss a session, you must book a paid makeup session before the next scheduled class. Alternatively, if there is space available in an upcoming similar class, you can attend that session before the next scheduled class.
