Angamardana (Ages 12+) Angamardana is a 12-hour structured Hatha Yoga fitness program, offered either over a weekend (Saturday/Sunday) or spread across multiple days, depending on the batch format. Rooted in classical Yoga, Angamardana is a powerful system designed to invigorate the body and bring it to peak physical and mental well-being. The word Angamardana means gaining complete mastery over the limbs and organs of the body. This practice works deeply and holistically — strengthening the muscular, skeletal, circulatory, nervous, and energy systems of the body. The movements are carefully designed to be accessible yet intense, requiring no equipment. Angamardana uses only the body’s own weight and can be practiced anywhere, even while traveling. Cancellation Policy
There are no cancellations or refunds. Attendance for all sessions is mandatory. If you miss a session, you must book a paid makeup session before the next scheduled class. Alternatively, if there is space available in an upcoming similar class, you can attend that session before the next scheduled class.
